Shipping policy

DUE TO USPS DELAYS RELATED TO COVID-19, SHIPPING IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES. ALL ORDERS TO THESE COUNTRIES WILL BE REFUNDED. 

Standard processing times begins once you receive your order confirmation email. Processing time is between 5-7  business days for ready to ship, bundles, lace, and hair accessories. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is extended to 15 business days for pre-order items/unit construction/custom unit services. For customers shipping bundles in for unit construction, processing begins once the hair is received. Once the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created and you will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Please keep track of this email as your tracking number will be in it. Your package will be shipped off via USPS Priority Mail and will require a signature confirmation. 

Please note:
• Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays.
• We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
• Discounts cannot be applied or changed after you've made your purchase.
• Multiple discounts cannot be applied to orders.
• Orders cannot be cancelled 24hrs after being placed.

During sales/promotions, the processing time is extended to 10 business days for ready-to-ship units, bundles, lace, and accessories. During sales/promotions, custom unit services processing times will be extended to 25 business days.

Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders:

Supre Hair Co. is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. Supre Hair Co is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website and stores. 

All orders will be shipped out, there are no pick-ups under any circumstance. All orders are subject to the processing time regardless of any emergency on the customer's behalf. Any exceptions will be determined on a case by case basis at Supre Hair Co.'s discretion. 

Shipping Time
Shipping time occurs directly after the processing period and ranges.
DOMESTIC: 1-3 Business Days USPS
INTERNATIONAL: 6-10 Business Days USPS

Lost or Stolen Packages
Supre Hair Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen package. Once the Post Office accepts the shipment, it's out of our hands. We are not responsible for late deliveries, or lost/stolen items.
